Penn and Teller at NJPAC
My life's to-do list used to look like this:
[...snip...]
- Build a Tesla Coil
- Launch a rocket
- See Penn & Teller
- Hike the Appalachian Trail
[...snip...]
Yesterday, I saw this pop up on Twitter.
Now, my list looks like this:
[...snip...]
- Build a Tesla Coil
- Launch a rocket
See Penn & Teller- Hike the Appalachian Trail

It was odd to hear Teller talk in person after the show. His voice didn't fit him to me, but I don't think any voice would after watching him and Penn for so many years. Christine, who saw the show with me, said his voice was exactly how she imagined.
They couldn't do everything. Penn mentioned after the show that they can't do the magic bullet trick because of firearm permits. They mostly do that famous trick in Las Vegas.

The show was as fun and entertaining as I expected. It was completely worth it. I think my favorite part was when Teller turned coins into goldfish.
The restaurant attached to the theater isn't really worth it. A ladle-full of mushroom risotto is $25. I definitely picked the wrong entreƩ. There are better restaurants nearby.
Maybe now I'll find a way to launch myself in a rocket to Las Vegas...
