The Drink Tank is a fan-run science fiction magazine. It's been nominated for a Hugo award, science fiction's Oscar/Emmy/Pulitzer award, every year ever since 2007 for best fanzine.
This year, the Drink Tank won. Editor Chris Garcia's reaction is amazing. Also, I love his suit and tie.
